Packing your bag the night before your interview will ensure you have all your "tools" on hand to handle anything that the recruiter might throw your way.
Watch this video to discover what are the things you should have in your bag.
Besides bringing your resume, references, previous work / portfolio, notepad and a pen, and your smile, here are some other things you'd want to include in your bag:
1. Contact details of the recruiter's office and directions to the interview venue - in case you're held up in traffic or if you can't find the place, at least you'll know who to call or how to ask passer-bys for help.
2. Breath mints - especially if you know you need to freshen up before speaking in close proximity to someone
3. A smart-looking, professional briefcase or bag. Do not bring a backpack or a bag made of slouchy fabric.
