Choose a focus for the session
You do not need to choose a technical massage label before getting in touch. Start with what you hope will be different afterward, any relevant restrictions, and what you know about your response to massage.
We usually begin with broad, slower contact and become more focused only when that is comfortable and useful. Pressure, pace, positioning, and the amount of work can change during the session. Optional products or warmth are discussed individually, with an unscented, no-heat approach available when preferred or more appropriate.
Individualized massage
A session can combine general relaxation work with more focused attention to an area that is uncomfortable. The selection of techniques depends on your goals, consent, and response rather than a preset expectation that every available tool should be used.
Persistent pain and sensitivity
The focus is on tolerable care. Tell us if previous massage led to a flare, if certain positions are difficult, or if touch, heat, scent, or pressure are unwelcome. A gentler or shorter amount of focused work may be appropriate.
This service supports a discussion about symptoms and function. It does not replace diagnosis, medication, rehabilitation, or other medical care.
Recovery and activity
For active people, the session can focus on a specific movement or area of discomfort. We would consider when you last trained, what is planned next, and any advice from your treating professional. Massage is not a guarantee of faster injury healing or better performance.
Relaxation and comfort
You can ask for a session with quiet, less conversation, lighter touch, or a straightforward unscented approach. Optional elements should fit your preferences, not create pressure to accept more treatment.
Optional techniques and products
Where appropriate and available, tools or warmed elements may be discussed as part of the plan. They require suitable screening and consent. You may decline them without giving a reason.
Availability and pricing
Please contact Jason for current availability, the proposed location, session options, and pricing. Confirm the duration, total price, and cancellation terms before agreeing to an appointment.
Practice arrangements are being finalized. An inquiry does not create an appointment or reserve a place in a research study.
Proposed satisfaction policy
The proposed two-week satisfaction policy is a service policy: if a client does not feel better two weeks after their appointment, the full cost would be returned without question, provided massage is used alongside appropriate medical care rather than in place of it.
This policy does not establish clinical benefit or guarantee a medical outcome.
