Resources for understanding the work
The resources are organized so you can follow the massage research without working through the rest of the site.
The documents behind the approach
Our fibromyalgia case report explains the observation that prompted the work. Our Detailed Methodology describes the parent framework. The 6 October 2026 Migraine Informed Massage instructor overview adapts that framework for a proposed practical teaching pilot, with explicit clinical-review decisions and evidence limits.
These materials are at different stages of development. The instructor guide includes assessment material and is not a public learner handout; private case details and answer keys are not reproduced here. Please contact us to discuss appropriate practitioner materials.
Start with the clinical material
Our Approach explains the evidence and the hypothesis for each application.
Methods describes how the massage process is organized and what needs further standardization.
Research sets out current project status, the opening observation, and opportunities for professional collaboration.
Broader writing
The wider collection includes personal reflections and ideas about stress, communication, work, and society. Some pieces are exploratory or opinion-based. They should be read in that context, with medical and scientific statements evaluated against their own sources.
Conceptual or mathematical writing is separate from the clinical program. It does not establish that the massage methodology works.
A question or correction
If something is unclear, unsupported, outdated, or inconsistent with a cited source, please point to the specific passage and explain your concern. Clear criticism can make the work more useful.
