1. Eligibility and Acceptance

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or services.

• By accessing our site or booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Educational and Informational Purposes Only

• The information provided on this website (including articles, videos, and resources) is for general educational purposes only.

• Accessing this website does not establish a practitioner–client relationship.

• A practitioner–client relationship is only established once you book services and complete the required agreements and forms.

• InteGreat Wellth practitioners are not licensed medical doctors, and our services do not replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.

3. Services, Payments and Memberships

3.1 Standard Services Fees for one-time consultations or products are listed at the time of purchase. All sales for individual consultations are final once the service has been rendered.

3.2 InteGreat Wellth Membership (Recurring) By subscribing to a monthly membership, you authorize InteGreat Wellth to charge your provided payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

• Included Services: Membership includes ongoing access to virtual consultations, lab reviews, and email support—follow-up sessions are initiated and coordinated by the Practitioner based on your protocol milestones, with email responses provided within 24–72 business hours. 

• Laboratory Fees: Your membership fee covers professional educational analysis and consultation only. Costs for functional labs (e.g., Rupa Health) or DNA kits (e.g., SelfDecode) are separate and are paid by the client directly to the respective third-party laboratories.

3.3 Cancellation Policy for Memberships: Memberships require an initial minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months starting with Month 2 of active membership. Following the initial commitment period, your membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis and you may cancel at any time. To avoid your next scheduled charge after the initial commitment period, written notice must be provided at least 30 days prior to your next billing date.

3.4 Refund Policy for Memberships & Right to Refuse Service: Due to the intensive nature of genomic and functional lab analysis, personalized protocol creation, and the reservation of practitioner time, all membership and consultation fees are strictly 100% non-refundable. We do not provide partial refunds, pro-rated credits, or "roll-over" consultations for unused portions of a monthly billing cycle or package. Additionally, InteGreat Wellth reserves the right to decline booking, refuse service, or immediately terminate an active client relationship or membership at any time for non-compliance, refusal to follow agreed-upon protocol guidelines, or unprofessional conduct, without refund or fee adjustment.  

4. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Services

• This site may include links to third-party websites or affiliate partners. If you make a purchase through these links, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.

• We are not responsible for the policies, practices, or content of third-party sites. You access them at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, layouts, videos, and downloadable resources—is the property of InteGreat Wellth unless otherwise noted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InteGreat Wellth and its practitioners from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the website, services, or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in California courts.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our website after changes indicates acceptance.
