Women's Health & Integrative Genomics
As the founder of InteGreat Wellth, I specialize in helping women reverse symptoms naturally through telehealth services. I specialize in endocrine and autoimmune disorders, digestive issues, and a wide range of other health concerns.
My approach involves identifying the root causes of health issues through a functional perspective, utilizing integrative genomics. This combines insights into how well the body is currently functioning with data from nutrigenomics (how nutrients influence gene expression) and epigenetics (how lifestyle and environmental factors affect gene activity) to uncover the complex interactions behind health and disease. As a result, my recommendations for nutrition, herbs, vitamins, minerals, and lifestyle changes are personalized to each woman's unique biological profile.
I value a balanced approach to health, recognizing the complementary roles of both conventional and natural medicine in supporting overall wellness. My focus is on integrating the most effective, evidence-based health protocols for each client to help them achieve lasting, sustainable health outcomes.
