How do I become a member?

Your journey with InteGreat Wellth begins by completing your initial onboarding enrollment. To ensure a seamless start, all foundational setup fees including your initial consultation, first-month membership, lifetime DNA kit, and baseline blood work requisition are processed upfront at enrollment.

Once your payment is complete, you will receive immediate access to activate your secure client portal, where you will complete your comprehensive health history assessments. With your portal activated and assessments submitted, your testing kits are dispatched, and your 60-minute initial consultation is scheduled to begin your care.

1. Practice Onboarding & First Month: $445.00

Your initial onboarding includes a $270.00 one-time new client fee covering your initial intake, comprehensive file review, and practice setup, along with your $175.00 first month membership for ongoing care, check-ins, and secure portal access. This total of $445.00 is billed upfront at enrollment.

2. Lifetime Genetic Testing Kit: $457.00

This once-in-a-lifetime investment includes your home-shipped DNA collection kit and personalized report. Because your DNA code never changes, this test is only performed once. It is billed at enrollment for immediate shipping.

For your convenience, you can Pay in Full using Credit/Debit Cards, Google Pay, or Amazon Pay, or choose to Pay Over Time using Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay.

3. Baseline Functional Blood Panel: $154.72

This covers your comprehensive 5-system Baseline Health blood panel drawn at a local Quest Diagnostics.

Your baseline testing includes:

Metabolic & Blood Sugar: CMP, Hemoglobin A1c, and Fasting Insulin
Cellular & Cardiovascular Health: CBC with Differentials, hs-CRP (High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein), and Lipid Panel with Ratios
Endocrine & Thyroid Function: Full Thyroid Panel (TSH, Free T3, Free T4), Reverse T3 (LC/MS/MS), and Antibodies (Thyroid Peroxidase & Thyroglobulin)
Nutritional Biomarkers: Vitamin D (Total), Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin), and Folate

It is billed separately through Fullscript when your lab requisition is issued. Fullscript will email you a secure link to complete payment and select your preferred Quest location.

Future specialty testing kits are shipped directly to your door and billed as needed through FullScript .Digital lab tracking and portal archiving are fully included in your membership.

Why is there a membership fee?

Do I need to live in California to become a member?

No! InteGreat Wellth provides 100% virtual consulting via secure telehealth platforms, serving clients nationwide throughout the United States.

What if I want to cancel?

I want every member of InteGreat Wellth to feel this is the right fit for their journey. Following your initial 3-month commitment (started at month 2), you may cancel your membership at any time with a 30-day notice.

To ensure a smooth transition, notice must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your next billing cycle to avoid a final charge. If notice is submitted less than 30 days before your next billing date, one final payment will be processed.

Maintaining Support: Throughout this final 30-day period, all membership benefits—including scheduled consultations, genetic/lab analysis reports, and portal resources—remain fully accessible.

Future Enrollment: To request cancellation after your initial 3-month term, simply send an email to receive a brief cancellation form. Please note that if you choose to re-enroll in the future, a re-initiation fee will apply, and placement will be subject to current client availability.
