Greeter / New Member Welcomer – Make newcomers feel at home, answer questions, and help them get connected.
Meeting Host / Hospitality Lead – Set up the space, manage sign-in sheets, bring snacks, or organize social gatherings.
Membership Outreach – Invite friends, neighbors, and community members to join our group.
Internal Community Care – Support members emotionally and socially, prevent burnout, and celebrate wins.
Coalition & Community Building – Partner with local groups, host listening sessions, and create welcoming spaces.

Communications Captain – Send updates, reminders, and action alerts via email or group chat.
Social Media Helper – Share Indivisible actions online—no need to manage accounts unless you want to.
Graphic / Content Creator – Design flyers, create posts, or help craft clear messages.
Press & Media Liaison – Connect with local news outlets and help share our work.
Media & Messaging Actions – Write op-eds, create talking points, and shape the public narrative.

Call Team Member – Make calls to elected officials using scripts provided by Indivisible.
Letter Writer / Op-Ed Writer – Write letters to editors, state officials, or national leaders.
Rapid Response Team – Jump into action when urgent issues arise (calls, emails, turnout, etc.).
Public Commenter – Speak at town meetings, school committee hearings, or state hearings.
Direct Pressure Actions – Attend hearings, ask questions, track votes, and document public statements.

Electeds Tracker – Monitor events, votes, and statements from local, state, and federal officials.
Town Hall Attender – Show up at meetings, record them, ask questions, or report back.
Policy Researcher – Dig into issues using factsheets, explainers, and Indivisible guides.
Policy Monitoring Actions – Track legislation, budgets, and redistricting at all levels.

Group Coordinator / Co-Leader – Guide meetings, set priorities, and keep the group organized.
Strategy & Campaign Planner – Craft plans for elections, events, or issue-based campaigns.
Agenda Builder / Meeting Planner – Create meeting outlines, discussion questions, and action steps.
Organizing & Group Operations – Recruit members, set goals, and build strong communication systems.

Events Organizer – Plan rallies, sign-holding sessions, trainings, or community gatherings.

Zoom / Tech Support Helper – Run virtual meetings and troubleshoot simple tech issues.

Merchandise / Materials Coordinator – Manage buttons, postcards, stickers, or items for events.
