Community Guidelines
To build a strong, respectful, and effective community, we agree to the following shared practices whenever we meet, organize, or take action together:
1. Respect the Speaker & Facilitator
Give your full attention when someone is speaking.
Allow facilitators to guide the flow so everyone has space to participate.
2. Keep Discussion Civil & Constructive
No personal attacks, insults, or hostile language.
Focus on ideas, solutions, and shared goals.
3. No Self‑Promotion
This is a community space, not a marketing space.
Please avoid promoting your business, services, or online content.
4. Protect Privacy
Be thoughtful about what you share about yourself and others.
Keep personal stories, sensitive details, and contact information within the group.
5. Use Clean, Respectful Language
Choose words that contribute to a welcoming environment for all.
6. Introduce Yourself
Share your name and location when joining meetings or discussions.
This helps us build connection and community.
7. Assume Positive Intent
Give one another grace.
Ask questions before making judgments, and seek understanding first.
