One Vision For 149 West Boylston Dr.

LEARN ABOUT ONE VISION FOR A PARK AT 149 WEST BOYLSTON DR.

Here's one vision, by the Regional Environmental Council, of what to do with the overgrown and fenced-off four-acre parcel of land at 149 West Boylston Dr. The site is owned by the state and was leased for 99 years in 2013 to the city.

According to Christoper Humphrey, REC's UGROW & social entrepreneurship coordinator, "Any raised beds would benefit from being closer to the waters edge because I think the [proposed] mural wall might shade them out. But I can envision a nice peaceful waterside edge for people to enjoy with a nice garden/picnic area behind that."
