The Independence High School Band Boosters is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports the Independence High School band program. We are located in Ashburn, a fast-growing and vibrant community northwest of Washington, DC, within Loudoun County, Virginia.
Our mission is to offer students opportunities to excel in music, while fostering teamwork, discipline, creativity, and a lifelong appreciation for music.
We have experienced rapid growth and remarkable achievement since the opening of Independence in 2019, nearly tripling in enrollment to over 200 students and achieving the Marching Band State Championship title in 2023 and 2024. To sustain this growth and continue our success, we need community support.
Our Band Programs Include:
