MLÁDEZ ULICE
Mládež ulice (Youth of the street) was founded in 2000 to be devoted to a field of the social work and provision of services for children, youth and families from the standard environment (youth from housing estate, urban communities) as well as from socially disadvantaged environment.
Nowadays Mládež ulice has and provides 4 programs:
1) Youth work and low threshold programs for kids and youth on the streets of the capital Bratislava, Slovakia (part of it is a building process of the community youth centre Stará jedáleň)
2) Social counseling for families in difficult life situations in Bratislava region directly at home of clients
3) Pilot project aimed at implementing field of the social work in the environment of youth groups that are at a risk of adopting radical opinions, attitudes and behavior
4) International projects related to youth work, social work and community work in order to help of development of it as a professional field
