How would you want to be remembered?
How would you want to be remembered?
One of the fears of death is that we will be unable to interact with the living, and thus become forgotten. While we may not continue to be actively present for the living, there are ways that we live on as "myth". I often talk about how my mother is ever-present with a running commentary on things happening around me just above my head. "Voices" like this are produced from our memories. My mother had left me with many memories, written and spoken. When it is our time, what will our legacy be? How have you found meaning in life? What wisdom do you want to share? What are the artifacts you want to leave behind?

IN PROGRESS: This webpage will have a running list of legacy project ideas. Legacy projects help with coping with mortality and anticipated grief. I will be designing templates and guides for you to try at home with your loved ones (or by yourself). When they are ready I will announce them on Instagram and email, and post them here.
