crystalline solids with the defining characteristics of intralayer

covalent bonding and interlayer van der Waals bonding.

- Synthesis temperature: < 350 deg.

- Synthesis of MoS2 using two step method : 1. Sputtering (metal film) / 2. Sulfurization
