Election Day Special

On our episode released the day after Election Day, we went into ways the Electoral College could of ended up alternatively, specifically through Ranked Choice Voting and Proportional Electors. This system, implemented in the United States in our alternate 1980s, was first implemented in the 1992 Presidential Election.
