IZONE Afterschool Care
IZONE Afterschool Care
IZONE continues to provide licensed afterschool care with familiar KISD staff until 6:30 PM each school day.
Updated Tuition for 2026–2027:
• Registration Fee: $75 annually
• Full-Time (4+ days/week): $80/week
• Part-Time (3 days or fewer): $70/week
• Drop-In Care: $20/day (space permitting)
✨ NEW: Tuition is paid in advance for the upcoming week of attendance.

Who May Qualify?
Families approved for Free or Reduced Lunch through Kennedale ISD.
Scholarship Rate
Eligible families may receive Full-Time Afterschool Care for $70/week.

Required paperwork will be needed and tuition will be adjusted once approved.
📌 Scholarship funding is limited and awarded based on availability. Early registration is encouraged.

✨ NEW: Monday Camp is now available as a family-paid program with expanded care hours from 7:30 AM–6:30 PM (up to 11 hours of care).
Monday Camp Enrollment Options:
• Afterschool + Monday Camp — $38 per scheduled camp day
(Billed separately from afterschool tuition • $25 Monday Camp registration fee waived)
• Monday Camp Only — Pay-As-You-Go — $25 annual registration fee + $45 per attended camp day
(Payment due Friday prior to Monday Camp attendance)
• Monday Camp Only — Semester Prepay — $25 annual registration fee + $40 per scheduled camp day
(Payment due during the first week of each semester)
Fall Semester (5 dates): $200 total
Spring Semester (7 dates): $280 total
✨ NEW: Location & Meals Changes:
• Monday Camp may not operate at your child’s home campus
• J.A. Arthur Early Childhood is the initial planned location. Additional locations may open based on enrollment and staffing. Final locations communicated in August
• Breakfast will be eaten before arrival, and your child will need to bring a sack lunch. Morning and afternoon snacks provided by IZONE
Please Note:
• Monday Camp registration is required prior to attendance
• Federal holidays and Kennedale ISD Professional Development Days are not designated Monday Camp dates
• Monday Camp tuition is non-refundable
Payment Options
IZONE Payment Options Through Procare
The final step in registering your child is setting up your account in our childcare system, Procare. Once you receive your welcome email, you’ll be guided to complete your billing setup.
Procare makes payments simple, secure, and convenient. Log in to the app, link your bank account for easy ACH payments, and manage your child’s tuition with just a few taps.
We offer both Weekly and Monthly Payment Plans so you can select the option that works best for your family

Procare makes it easy to link your bank account for secure ACH payments, and an autopay option is also available for added convenience.
Just so you know, we do not accept debit or credit cards due to processing fees.
However, we gladly accept checks, cash, or money orders on-site.
Weekly Payment Plan

Invoices are sent through Procare the week prior to attendance. Payment is due by Friday before your child’s week of attendance to secure enrollment.
Billing covers the current week of care. No charges will be applied for Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break, or Spring Break, as the program is closed during these times.

Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month, with payment due during the first week.
