All students who wish to participate in the Imagination Zone (IZONE) programs must register through ProCare.

Please review the IZONE Parent Handbook prior to enrollment. Registration in Procare acknowledges receipt and acceptance of the handbook policies and procedures.

STEP 1 — What do you Need?

🟪 Afterschool Care Only
→ Select your child’s home campus Afterschool Registration

🟪 Monday Camp Only
→ Register through JAA Monday Camp Registration

🟪 Afterschool Care + Monday Camp
→ Register for Afterschool Care and select Add Monday Camp during registration

Child has never attended IZONE
→ New Registration

STEP 3 — Choose your Campus

Select the registration option below for your child’s campus.

📍 Monday Camp locations are not guaranteed to operate at your child’s home campus. J.A. Arthur Early Childhood (JAA) is the initial planned Monday Camp location.

CCS Families:
Families using CCS should still complete their IZONE registration through Procare and select:

Procare Solutions

With Procare, you can:

Stay Informed – Receive updates, reminders, and announcements.

Check In Daily – See notes about your child each afternoon.

Make Payments Easily – Pay weekly or monthly right in the app.

How to Get Started

Register Online
Choose your child’s campus and complete the quick online form.
Accept your Procare Invite
After you register, we’ll email you an invite to join Procare — our secure childcare management app.
Select your Payment Plan & Pay
Log in to Procare to select your payment option and manage your account.

Payment Options

Weekly Plan – Invoices are sent every Monday for the upcoming week of attendance, with payment due by Friday prior to care.
Monthly Plan – Invoices are sent on the 1st of the month; payment is due within the first week.

Afterschool Care: Registration $75 | Full-Time (4+ Days) $80/week | Part-Time (3 Days or Less) $70/week | Add Monday Camp +$38/day

Monday Camp Only: Registration $25 | Pay-as-you-go: $45/camp | Semester Prepay Discount Rate: $40/camp day
