- Close-up photos of people without any greater context. For example, a bell-hop smiling for the camera does not highlight any hotel amenities or show the property.
- Close-up photos of plants / flowers at the hotel should be flagged.

Only images that are exceptionally pixelated, noisy, or blurry should be rejected. Images that display a small amount of grain should not be rejected for pixelation.

- Images where blur is visible across the entire image, such as camera shake.

- Slight film grain, or grain only visible when zoomed in on the image.
- Images with 'artistic blur,' also known as bokeh. These photos use blurred backgrounds or foregrounds to add an artistic touch to subjects, and should not be flagged as blurry.
- Some images also use motion blur as a technique to conceal subjects in photos. If a moving object is blurry but the rest of the photo is sharp, do not flag the image.

In-room amenities are generalized features of rooms that do not fall into more specific categories. These can include the following, and commonly include more than one:
- Television
- Charging stations for phones
- Decor
- Additional seating areas
- Alarm clock
Note: Some 'generalized' amenities do have their own existing rankings, such as 'Bathroom Amenities'. Those should be ranked as such.
