Team Agreements

On this day Mr. Hicks announced that teammates that we would be working with for our project and the rest of the year. My teammates are Vedant Patel, and Ryan Dautel. We spent the first day learning about our teammates and how we were going to work together best. Vedant was working on his college apps at the moment, so he would be a little pressed on time for the first month or months. Ryan was free a lot of the time and was able to stay after school a lot, which would be crucial to our project. Based on this knowledge that we gathered we created a Team Roles document, saying what role each person would play throughout this project, and what consequences would be enforced if you couldn't meet the standards. We created another document called Team Written Contract that was the contract we all had to sign to verify the Team Roles document.
