GOALS OF THE LIBRARY

The IFSU library primarily supports the institution's instructional ,curricular, research, extension, and production programs through an organized,relevant, and fast delivery of information services.

OBJECTIVES OF THE LIBRARY

Generally, the library aims to provide an adequate and stimulating learning environment through access to information sources in pursuit of teaching, research, and extension work of the institution. Specifically, it seeks to:

a.) To select, acquire and prepare library materials for use through classification, cataloging, indexing, and preservation to support all academic and other concerns of the university;

b.) To encourage the reading habit and raise awareness of Ifugao culture to clienteles by providing individual and group assistance through current awareness services;

c.) To establish appropriate linkages to which IFSU students, faculty, and staff may be referred in times of need and,

d.) To Develop competitive staff to be able to guide students and other researches
