Topic of interest will include, but are not limited to, the following:
A. Compound semiconductor materials and devices
B. Novel materials, large-area electronics, and related applications
C. Si-based processing, devices and integration
D. Photonic and photovoltaic materials/devices, novel device concepts and applications

Paper Submission
IEDMS 2018 intends to provide a common forum for researchers, scientists, engineers, and practitioner throughout the world to present their latest research findings, ideas, developments, and applications in the areas of semiconductor materials and devices.
Prospective authors are invited to submit formatted 2-page abstract including: Results, Tables, Figures, and References.

All abstract submissions will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on:
- Originality
- Usefullness
- Suitablility
Accepted abstracts will be reproduced in the workshop proceedings exactly as received.

Guidelines for Oral Paper Presentation
Speaker needs to upload his/her presentation slide 15 minutes before the session in session room. Please bring your power point file in a USB.
Guidelines for Poster Paper Presentation
Two minute presentation, author needs to prepare one-to-two pages ppt beforehand and send to <iedms2018@gmail.com> before Nov 07. Before coming to the conference, please prepare a poster A0 size (89 cm x 118 cm) and set up before 11/14 pm 12:30.
