Project brief
QOS INTEGRATED CENTER is a Fintech company that aims to revolutionize digital finance in French-speaking Africa. The company provides solutions that make it easy for businesses to accept online and offline payments in the region. QOS INTEGRATED CENTER aims to streamline and modernize the financial landscape in French-speaking Africa by providing innovative and user-friendly payment solutions for businesses.
The current problem
1. The current UI of the platform is outdated and not visually appealing, which leads to a poor user experience.
2. Users find it difficult to navigate through the platform and struggle to complete transactions easily and efficiently.
3. The platform lacks localization features, such as language options and cultural customization, which are essential for targeting the French-speaking African market.
The goal
1. Create an appealing and modern UI that reflects the innovative nature of QOSIC and attracts users.
2. Improve the overall UX by simplifying the navigation and streamlining the transaction process, resulting in a more efficient and pleasant experience for users.
3. Implement localization features to cater to the specific needs and preferences of French-speaking African businesses and consumers.
4. To establish QOS INTEGRATED CENTER as a leading Fintech company in French-speaking Africa by providing innovative and seamless digital finance solutions.
My role
In this project, we were a team of 6 (Me as the product designer, product manager and 4 developers). I was responsible for the overall UI/UX design process.
