I'm dedicated professional with a diverse background. I initially pursued a career in microbiology, which provided me with a strong foundation in research and analysis. However, my passion for technology led me to transition into the field of product design. My experience spans across various industries, including edutech, fintech, SaaS products, and ecommerce.

My transition into tech has been driven by a desire to leverage my background in research and problem-solving to craft innovative and user-friendly solutions in the digital realm. Looking ahead, my career goals involve continuing to refine my expertise in design, collaborating with diverse teams to create impactful digital experiences, and contributing to the advancement of technology. I am dedicated to staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices in the field.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, I enjoy immersing myself in the tech world by attending industry events to connect with industry professionals and exchange innovative ideas and keeping up with the latest advancements.

I also love staying active by cycling through scenic routes and participating in community development initiatives. And of course, I have a passion for trying new foods and exploring different culinary experiences

Tools, Technical Skills & Process

User Research

In my design process, user and market research play a crucial role in shaping the direction of the solutions I create. Findings are used to inform the design strategy, drive decision-making, and validate design choices

Visual Design

The use of Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop allows me to effectively create visual designs, from initial sketches to high-fidelity mockups, illustrations, and final deliverables.

Prototyping

Using Figma, Protopie, and Lottie files in my design process, I can quickly iterate on ideas, gather feedback, and create realistic prototypes for both mobile and web apps.

My Process

In my design process, I adopt a user-centric approach that prioritizes the needs, preferences, and experiences of the end users. Utilizing techniques such as user research, persona, and empathy mapping, I aim to gain a deep understanding of the users' behaviors, motivations, and pain points.

Test

Define testing goals, recruit participants, develop test scenarios, conduct the test, gather feedback, analyze results, implement changes and repeat. This ensure that final product is user friendly and meets the needs of my target audience

Launch

After the product launch, I monitor performance and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders. This allow to assess the product's impact, identify areas for improvement, and make necessary adjustments
