During York Disability Week, the following opportunities are available for anyone to try out in a FREE taster session. If you can’t make it during York Disability Week itself, please contact the organiser to discuss going at another time. They’ll make you very welcome!
Some sports and exercise events are also scattered throughout the rest of the programme. If you don’t see a sport or exercise listed that you’d like to try, or if you want to do it on a different day or venue, check out this website https://www.livewellyork.co.uk/leisure-activities-for-people-with-specific-needs/ or ask your local library for help or ask York Disability Week to help put you in touch.
