How to perform a self-service password reset?
Choose 3 security questions and remember your answers. Do note that answers are confidential & case-sensitive.
If you have successfully set-up your 3 security questions, you can now perform self-service password reset.
To report on issues such as:
Student iCON / MIMS / SLS Account reset
Chromebook fault
Faulty ICT equipment in classrooms

Singapore Student Learning Space (SLS) @
From 01 Dec 2023 onwards, students will be able to log in to SLS via MOE Identity Management System (MIMS).
With this improvement, staff and students will only need to remember a single username and password across various MOE applications.
Please follow the steps on the left to log in to SLS using your MIMS account.
If your PLD is found to have a hardware issue, you'll need to send your Chromebook to the service centre for repair.
You can borrow a school-owned Chromebook from Computer Lab 2 after reporting the issue to your Form Teacher (subject to availability).

Qn 1: What is my password for SLS/ computer login/icon?
Ans: Students require only 1 login password (via MIMS) across all platforms.
Qn 2: My PLD is facing some issues. What do I do?
Ans:
Inform your form teacher.
Send the faulty PLD to the Desktop Engineers at Computer Lab 2.
The Desktop Engineers will assess and rectify the issue(s) accordingly.
In the case of hardware issues, student(s) will send their PLDs to Lenovo Service Centre (see address above)
Qn 3: Which wi-fi network should I use in school?
Ans: SWN@SSOE network. It provides better coverage around the school. Log in with your IC number and password.
(Note: Only 1 device log-in is allowed at any point of time using SWN@SSOE)
Qn 4: What should I do if my Chromebook goes missing?
Ans:
Search thoroughly: Check both inside the classroom and outside the classroom area. Also, inspect the General Office and Computer Lab to see if your Chromebook has been returned there.
Notify your Form Teacher(s): If the Chromebook is still missing after checking all areas, inform your Form Teacher(s) about the situation.
Wait for 3 days: Allow up to 3 working days for the Chromebook to be found, as it might turn up during this time.
Report to the police: If the Chromebook is not found after 3 working days, file a police report online to document the loss via this link:
