Accommodation for Student Delegates Including Research Scholars

Limited accommodation on payment basis may be available in NITC hostels for student delegates including research scholars. All those student delegates desirous of availing hostel accommodation are requested to fill up the details in the Google Form appended below. The Presenter and Co-Authors who have registered as delegates, if any, shall individually fill up the form. Payment shall be made directly by them in the Hostel. Kindly carry your Aadhaar Card or a recognised ID card as a copy of the same may have to be submitted at the time of checking in. We will hand over the list to the Hostel Authorities and update you on the status in due course of time. 

The last date for filling up the Google Form is 02.02.2025. 

Those students who wish to stay outside and need assistance in this regard may choose the option to stay outside in the Google Form.
