Zeit - Raum - Gefühl  ---  Universität Bremen

Wir freuen uns, das (vorläufige) Programm für unsere nächste Konferenz bekanntgeben zu können! Die Keynote wird Prof. Dr. András Jakab (EGMR) zum Thema "Vulnerabilist Empathy and Institutionalist Design in the Evolving Case-Law of the European Court of Human Rights" halten. Die Tagung wird sowohl Plenarsitzungen (zu temporalen Ansätzen im öffentlichen Recht sowie zu dem Für und Wider des Aktivismus in der Rechtswissenschaft) als auch parallele Panels zum Thema „Zeit – Raum – Gefühl: Entwicklung des Öffentlichen Rechts“ umfassen. Darüber hinaus bieten wir einen „Works in Progress“-Workshop für Postdoktorand:innen und Doktorand:innen an. Weitere Details zum Thema können Sie dem Call for Abstracts (s. unten) entnehmen. Die Anmeldung zur Tagung ist geschlossen. / We are delighted to publish the programme for our next conference! The keynote address "Vulnerabilist Empathy and Institutionalist Design in the Evolving Case-Law of the European Court of Human Rights " will be held by Prof. Dr. András Jakab (ECtHR). The conference will include a plenary panel about temporal approaches to public law, another about the pros and cons of legal activism in scholarship, and parallel panel sessions devoted to the topic “Time – Space – Emotion.
