For the activity, you can select a scenario. Below are some resources about the learning engineering process model, team assembling steps, and short explanations of a few learning engineering (LE) concepts. As you read the scenario, discuss the following prompts with your group, and record the discussion/responses on the workbook and Google Form:
How will you start the LE team assembly process? What skills, competencies, and expertise would you like to consider? And why would you consider them for the team assembly activity, given your scenario?
What do you already know about the context and the users/learners in the chosen scenario? What do you think you will need to learn about the context to build a team?
What variations do you imagine across the team members? What will you need to learn about the environment in which the team will be working?
How might the LE team members work with different stakeholders/people in the chosen scenario?
What data might you want to collect during the LE team assembling process? and what data might help you further in the team assembly process?
All members are encouraged to share their team assembling ideas and develop a shared response to enter in the Google Forms.

The Implementation Considerations Framework for the Scenarios
Learning engineering doesn't end with the completion of a process, product, or pedagogy. The implementation consideration framework outlines considerations for the learning engineering teams when planning and managing (or monitoring) the implementation phase. The following tool contains a summary of the domains that should be considered for implementation and a list of key questions for consideration.
