ICF can provide a variety of FRP/GRP chambers customized specifically to the needs of the customer that are intended for pumping stations. Large sewage and storm water attenuation schemes will be two uses for this type of tanks. Sizes up to 5.0 meters in diameter and 22 meters in depth are available.
ICF has the capability to produce the tank out of smaller FRP/GRP boards that are welded together in the planned tank site if the size of the tank poses a serious logistical challenge. Then, every accessory is manufactured of FRP or GRP and attached to the tank body.
The same procedure used at the plant can be used on-site for internal pressure testing.
As seen in the photographs, ICF completed a full sewer flocculation and transfer system beneath the King Tower in Jeddah.
ICF also manufactures ODOR CONTROL TANKS, which include sand filters built into baffles placed inside the body of the tank. The excellent work done is shown in the enclosed images.
