In order to meet the needs of contractors on job sites, ICF has produced a standard line of GRP fittings that can be delivered as standard parts or custom made spools.

For pressure systems, fittings need thrust blocks and standard double bell couplings to connect to GRP pipes.

The pipes are cut to the necessary proportions after undergoing a hydrotest, and the fittings are then laminated together. The lamination's thickness and width are intended to outperform the capabilities of the pipe.

The fittings are manufactured in accordance with ASTM D1599 and D5685 standards.

ICF has developed a standardized range of GRP fittings that can be provided as standard pieces or in specially designed spools to meet the needs of contractors on job sites.

Thrust blocks are needed for pressure systems when fittings are attached to GRP pipes using normal double bell couplings.

The pipes are cut to the necessary dimensions following a hydrotest and are then laminated together to create all fittings. The lamination is intended to perform better than pipes in terms of thickness and width.

The fittings are produced in accordance with ASTM D15685 and ASTM D1599 standards.

Every batch of raw materials that ICF receives is put through testing in our independent laboratory to ensure that they adhere to the necessary standards. Glass fibers and resins are kept in climate-controlled environments. A certificate of conformity provided by the manufacturer is attached to each raw material used in the manufacturing process to guarantee that it complies with standards.
