After School and Enrichment Programs
Spring Enrichment/After School Programs Update:
Registration is now open! Programs will run on Tuesday - Thursday, from February 22 - May 26, 2022.
Girls on the Run is tentatively scheduled for March 7 – May 22, 2022 (tentative dates). Registration will likely open in February for this program.
New programs include Pottery, Math, Robotics, and Girls on the Run.
Classes run for 10-12 weeks from 3:30 - 4:30 PM.
Young Women in Motion Running club (4-6) information has been added under the Thursday class option.
IMPORTANT: If your student participates in SACC, please see the permission form located at the bottom of the page. This must be completed for your student to attend SACC and an afterschool program. This form will need to be given to SACC directly.

We are excited to announce our Young Women in Motion Running club (4-6)! The Young Women in Motion club will meet as a team to go through lessons about crocs creed topics, leadership skills, building confidence, and enhancing character through fitness and social peer relationships. The team will create goals and work up to running a 5K in May.
Use this link to register for the program. The registration for Young Women in Motion will be due Thursday, February 24. The program will begin on March 3. There will be a fee of $45 to join the program that will be due Friday, February 25. Shirts, team awards, 5K registration fees, and team lap counters will be purchased with the registration fee.
Practices will be Thursday morning 7:15 AM – 8:15 AM. The team will meet at the front of the school and the students will have time to eat breakfast and change to be ready for the day.
IMPORTANT: If your student participates in SACC, please print and sign this permission slip at home. This must be completed for your student to attend SACC and an afterschool program.

Free Tutoring Options from Junior Scholars and GIVE Youth
Junior Scholars is a student-run nonprofit dedicated to ensuring that students everywhere have equal opportunities to succeed - regardless of race, religion, or economic status. Qualified high school tutors will provide 3-6 grade students free, online 1-hour tutoring sessions in math, science, or homework help using Google Meet. GIVE Youth is a high school-run nonprofit community organization dedicated to providing free tutoring for students in grades K-7 and service hours for grades 8-12. The organization has tutored hundreds of students since its founding in 2010. Both virtual and in-person tutoring is available, and some in-person centers have tutors who speak Spanish. Tutoring support is offered in math, science, reading, writing, social studies, English, and homework help.
