Student Support

To encourage active participation and support young researchers, IEEE Indian Student Members presenting their papers physically at ICoECIT 2025 will be eligible for travel grants. Reimbursement will be provided for to-and-fro 3AC train fare from their place of residence to the conference venue, upon submission of valid travel proofs. This initiative aims to promote academic engagement and ease the financial burden on student presenters attending the event in person. 

To promote in-person participation and recognize the efforts of contributing authors, Non Indian IEEE Student and Professional Members presenting their papers physically at ICoECIT 2025 will be eligible for a travel grant of USD 100. The reimbursement will be processed post-presentation, upon submission of valid participation and travel proof. This initiative aims to support authors in sharing their research on a global platform while easing travel-related expenses.
