All authors are requested to regularly visit the official ICoECIT 2025 website and check their registered email (including the spam/junk folder) for all conference-related updates and communications.
ICoECIT 2025 maintains strict standards on content originality:
Overall similarity should not exceed 15% at any stage of publication.
Single-source similarity must not exceed 2%.
References are excluded from the similarity percentage.
ICoECIT 2025 uses Turnitin/iThenticate for plagiarism checks; reports from other platforms will not be considered.
Authors will only be informed of the final similarity percentage if deviations are found. The detailed similarity report will not be shared under any circumstances.
Excessive or irrelevant self-citations are strongly discouraged. Only genuinely relevant self-citations are permitted.
Submissions with irrelevant citations or citation padding will be rejected at any stage of the conference.
No refunds will be issued for papers rejected due to citation malpractice. Authors found violating this policy may be barred from participating in future editions of ICoECIT.
If the submitted manuscript is already available on a preprint server (e.g., arXiv), authors must inform the conference secretary in writing at secretaryicecit@gmail.com, clearly mentioning the paper ID, before the acceptance notification.
At least one author must present the accepted paper during the conference. Non-presentation will result in withdrawal of the paper from publication, and no refund of the registration fee will be issued.
All authors are expected to adhere strictly to the guidelines and timelines shared through official ICoECIT 2025 communication channels. Late submissions or non-compliance may result in disqualification.
No refund will be provided once the registration is complete and the paper is withdrawn.
No refund in case of non-presentation or timeline deviation/missing. The paper will be dropped from the proceedings.
All submissions must be in English and prepared using the ICoECIT 2025 paper template available on the conference website.
Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
Papers should not exceed 10 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
Equations and tables must be editable, and figures should be of high clarity.
All references must be properly cited within the manuscript with a highlight in yellow background (Like This).
Each paper will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process.
We look forward to your active participation in ICoECIT 2025βa premier platform to share knowledge, foster collaborations, and drive the future of computing and intelligent technologies!
