Presentation Guidelines

🎤 Presentation Guidelines – ICoECIT 2025

• A presentation by at least one of the authors is mandatory for every accepted paper.

• The allocated time for each presentation is 10 minutes, followed by a 2-minute Q&A session

• Presenting authors must join the session using the naming format:
  Paper ID – Presenter Name
  (e.g., if your paper ID is 99 and your name is John, please join as 99-John)

• Authors must ensure that their camera is on throughout the presentation and that their background is clear and professional.

• All presentations will be recorded for documentation purposes. If you have any objections to the recording, please notify the conference organizers in writing in advance at secretaryicecit@gmail.com.

• If any author identifies a conflict of interest with a session chair or coordinator, it must be reported immediately to the ICoECIT 2025 Conference Secretary.

• Attendance in the Valedictory Session is compulsory for all presenting authors.

• Failure to present the paper will result in the removal of the paper from the official proceedings, and no refund or publication claims will be entertained.
