Call/Contact a local food pantry or hospital using the links provided in the next section.
Some questions you can ask them:
What supplies do you need?
Is there a mail address where I can ship my donations?
Do you prefer monetary donations or food supplies at this time?
If you have not received specific instructions, you may order a few needed supplies and what you can do is send them to the order address of the food pantry.
When online shopping, at grocery stores or local department stores, you may choose to enter the shipping address of the food pantry. This will prevent unneeded exposure to the supplies.
Check up on neighbors (by calling)
Do they need groceries?
Are they feeling alone or do they need someone to talk to?
