As a requirement of the IB diploma, students are required to complete 150 CAS hours. CAS stands for creativity, activity, and service and while completing daily activities that fit one of these three categories, students must also work on a collaborative project (known as the CAS Project). A CAS project challenges students to show initiative, demonstrate perseverance, and develop skills such as those of cooperation, problem-solving and decision-making.
This project was started by the Morris Knolls High School IB Class of 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic first started. A year later, the IB Class of 2021 is continuing to provide new resources and information regarding staying informed, healthy, entertained, and involved. In each section you'll find a variety of topics, from movie recommendations to DIY masks. There's something for everyone!
Enjoy!
