We are honored to welcome Professor Bruno M. Moerschbacher (University of Münster, Germany) and Professor Francisco M. Goycoolea (Universidad de Murcia, Spain) to our laboratory today. Their visit sparked inspiring discussions on potential collaborations, particularly in the fields of chitosan-based nanocarriers, functional fermented products, and innovative antimicrobial applications in meat aging and preservation. We look forward to building strong international partnerships and advancing research together!
