NOTES FOR FAQs ON REGISTRATION FEE: 

1. Fee Payments can be done through 'Internet Banking' or 'Google Pay' using bank account details given above. Check details of Registration Fee for IAC-2025 and Pre-Congress Workshop applicable to your category below.

2. Participants who opt to make payment after acceptance of abstract will require to e-mail 'Payment Transaction Details' by e-mail to iac2025ansi@gmail.com after actual payments as follows: 

• Amount 

• UTR No. 

• Date of Transaction

• Name of Bank

• Purpose (Registration Fee, Accommodation)

3. Participant are required to send payment details from same e-mail used for submitting google form

4. Non-presenters may also opt to make voluntary payments of Registration Fee as token of support to IAC-2025. They will not require to pay again if they decide to submit any proposal for presentation later which gets accepted/ approved.

5. If the paper/ panel / presentation is not accepted, all advance payments by prospective presenters would be regarded as the voluntary support to IAC-2025 and any payments once made will not be reimbursed in any case.

REGISTRATION FORM FOR IAC-2025

There is a SINGLE REGISTRATION FORM for the Pre-Congress Workshops and all Events/ Programmes of IAC-2025.

All participants (without presentation) and presenters of panels/ papers/ posters/ books /Film exhibitions / Workshops/ Pre-Congress Workshops may register through the Google Form at following link:

Registrations is open w.e.f. October 21, 2024. LAST DATE for registration is 31 DECEMBER 2024 (may be extended).

Some 'Pre-Congress Workshops' are also being organised just before IAC-2025 from 18-20 February 2025. Details are published on Notice Board. Registration for IAC-2025 or the Pre-Congress Workshop can be done by same Registration Form given above. All pre-Congress workshops are paid. Interested participants have to pay 'workshop fee' separately in addition to 'registration fee' for IAC-2025.

REGISTRATION FEE : PRE-CONGRESS WORKSHOPS (PCW)

All Workshops are paid learning Sessions only. All PCW Sessions are parallel, therefore, one participant should register for one workshop only. Please pay the fee as per given category to confirm your participation.

a.     Students/Research Scholars: Rs. 1000/-  (Members of INCAA)

       (Rs. 750/-  per day extra to be paid after confirmation of accommodation)

b. Students/Research Scholars: Rs. 1250/-  (Non-Members of INCAA)

        (Rs.1000/-  per day extra to be paid after confirmation of accommodation)

Note: Details of pre-conference workshop shall be published shortly.

c.      AnSI Employees : NIL 

      (Only nominated AnSI Employees will be considered as 'Participants without Presentations' for workshop in this category.)

REGISTRATION FEE : IAC-2025

Participants (Without presentation): NIL

• Registration through google forms is mandatory for all participants who wish to attend the conference. 

• Any payments made by non-presenters would be considered their voluntary support for IAC 2025. 

• Non-presenters need to inform the date and time slots for panels / papers they wish to attend in advance for managing appropriate sitting arrangements.

• No Conference Kit, No accommodation, No transportation, would be provided to non-presenters.

• Lunch and Mid-session teas, etc. will be arranged on prior booking in advance with a consolidated payment of Rs. 600/- for each participant during 21-23 Feb. 2025 

• Participants (without presentation)/ Non-presenters may also opt to make voluntary payments of Registration Fee as token of support to IAC-2025. They will not require to pay again if they submit any proposal for presentations later which gets accepted/ approved. 

Presenters of panel/paper/poster/book/Film exhibition:

Category-I A (INCAA members): Students and Research Scholars : Rs. 750/- 

(Rs.1000/-  extra to be paid after confirmation of accommodation)

Category-I B (INCAA members): Other than Students and Research Scholars: Rs.1000/-  

(Rs. 3500/-   extra to be paid after confirmation of accommodation)

Category-II A ( Non-INCAA members): Students and Research Scholars:  Rs. 1500/-

(Rs. 1500/-   extra to be paid after confirmation of accommodation)

Category-II B ( Non-INCAA members): Other than Students and Research Scholars: Rs. 2000/-   

(Rs. 4500/-   extra to be paid after confirmation of accommodation)

Note: If the paper/ panel / presentation is not accepted, all advance payments by prospective presenters would be regarded as the voluntary support to IAC-2025 and payements once made will not be reimbursed in any case.

BOOKING OF ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation for Pre-Congress workshops will be provided in AnSI Guest House on sharing basis.

Accommodation for participation in IAC-2025 will be provided in Navaprajanma State Youth Hostel/ Annexe at Salt Lake Stadium Complex in Kolkata from the 21.02.2025 (09:00 a.m.) to 23.02.2025 (09:00 a.m.) on sharing basis.

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

• Registration for participation in the IAC-2025 or the pre-congress workshop can be initiated online by submitting the registration form to submit abstracts, full papers or proposals for "Panels/ Papers/ Posters/ Book Discussions / Symposia/ Round Tables/ Film exhibition/ Workshops/ Pre-Congress Workshops, etc.". 

• All presenters are mandatorily required to attach abstract of paper. Non-presenters of IAC-2025 and Workshop participants are required to attach a participation note file stating in one para that how the participation in the conference/ workshop of IAC-2025 will be useful for them.

• Registration will be completed with payment of registration fee after your abstract/ proposal has been accepted. List of abstracts/ proposals for presentation will be published/ updated on IAC-2025 Google Site https://sites.google.com/view/iac2025/home

• Submission of registration form and registration fee (as applicable) is mandatory for all authors/ co-authors. Registration Fee may be paid later on acceptance of abstract/ presentation. However, the participants also may opt to submit the registration form with payment of registration fees in advance to support the better management of the event. For this, the payment may be completed first and the details of "Amount paid, UTR No., Date of Transaction, Name of Bank" may be noted down for reference to fill in the form.

• Registration Fee is mandatory for all authors/ co-authors as applicable. While registering, choose fee already paid or to be paid later as applicable. 

• All authors need to register separately and pay registration fee to get certificates as following:

     (i) If the same author is presenting more than one paper, only one registration fee is applicable. 

    (ii) If two or more authors are writing one paper, only those authors who have formally registered will get certificates.                That means each author has to pay a registration fee.

• Accommodation shall be confirmed after the completion of registration to limited participants from outstation on request subject to on first come and first served basis. The payments for accommodation to be made on confirmation of availability.

• NO REFUND OF REGISTRATION FEE OR ACCOMMODATION CHARGES WILL BE MADE ONCE PAID.

SUBMISSIONS OF ABSTRACT/ FULL PAPER/ PROPOSAL

Please follow the following guidelines for submission of your abstract/full paper/proposal.

• Write an abstract of paper/ proposal in approximately 250-300 words. (The other details of the format of the abstract, like font type, size, spacing etc, will be separately notified on the Notice board)

• The abstract must briefly indicate the objective(s), methodology, and results.

• Write the full paper/ Proposal in approximately 5000-6000 words.

• Ensure to mention the author(s) names, affiliations, and email IDs.

• Send the proposals preferably in Word (.doc or .docx) format.

• Indicate the sub-theme to which the author is submitting the abstract/paper.

• The corresponding author must ensure that all authors are fully aware of the submission of the paper.

• Ensure to have ethics committee approval, if necessary.

• Declare if there is a conflict of interest involved.

• Do not submit the abstracts/ papers that are submitted elsewhere.

• Submit abstracts/ papers in Hindi/ English.

• No last date for submission of full paper is announced as of now. However, all presenters should try to submit full paper at the earliest well in advance of the conference. This will increase the chances of the paper to be included in conference proceedings volume.

• The submission of full paper after registration or any other requests / communications regarding academic sessions should be sent to iac2025ansi@gmail.com
