In case, any of the participants decides to cancel his plan to attend the same for any reason, he/ she is requested to inform about it immediately to the Academic Committee <iac2025ansi@gmail.com> and Accommodation Committee <iac2025accommodation@gmail.com> both so that the presentation slot and accommodation slots reserved for them may be allotted to accommodate others who are waiting for same.

Please check list of participants (05.02.2025) given above to know the status of your submissions.

Please also check the panel-wise list of papers and scientific session-wise list of papers to know the allocation of your paper presentation.

👉 Those who have paid registration fee for Pre-Congress Workshops (PCW-01, PCW-02, PCW-03 ONLY)/ papers/ posters/, but could not submit Google Registration Form within given time may now send request for special consideration in their case within a day (by 31.01.2025 12:00 p.m.) by e-mail to iac2025ansi@gmail.com

We will consider all such request with remaining submissions before releasing the final list of acceptances.

Note: Participants of 7th list are requested to complete the payment within 3 working days to the INCAA Bank account (details given on Registration and Submission Page without fail and send payment details [Amount, UTR No., Date of Transaction, Name of Bank, Purpose (Registration Fee for IAC-2025 or PCW, Accommodation, etc.] with title of abstract of paper, panel, preferred pre-congress workshop (if any) by e-mail to iac2025ansi@gmail.com 

The acceptance given for any kind of presentations are subject to timely payment. 

In case of non-payment the acceptance of paper/ poster presentation shall be withdrawn without any reminder.

REGISTRATION FOR ETHNOGRAPHIC FILM SCREENING IS NOW CLOSED. 

REGISTRATION FOR PAPERS PRESENTATIONS (IN SCIENTIFIC SESSIONS AND PANELS) IS CLOSED ON 30.01.2025, 12:00 PM AS SCHEDULED.

👉 There is a single registration form for all Participants for Pre-Conference Workshop and IAC-2025. Google Form Link for Registration is provided at Registration and Submission Page, please read the instructions on the page carefully before filling the form.

👉All participants for pre-conference workshop and participants of IAC-2025 (without presentation/ with presentation) and convenors or presenters of panels/ papers/ posters/ books /Film exhibitions may register directly through following link:

👉 All the Participants are requested to submit their proposal for Panel/Paper/Book Presentation/Film Exhibition, etc. online through the google form registration link instead of sending through email.
