General Terms and Conditions

General
The HW score processing program is free to use, but registered versions may NOT be distributed. A future user may and can request a registered version.

An unregistered version may be distributed freely, but will not receive any updates.

Costs
No costs are charged for the HW score processing program. The program is free to use. A donation for the volunteers of HW score processing is always possible (see elsewhere on this website).

Updates
Registered users receive updates, notifications or news distributed to the e-mail address provided with the application.

Annually, if applicable, a few initial files are sent as an update in connection with classifications and any adjustments in disciplines at KNSA and MLAIC.

Privacy (According to Dutch law)
Files with data of shooters are not sent along, these must be collected by the user himself from shooters who participate in the competitions upon registration.

This data may NEVER be distributed by the users among themselves with other users of this program. They must build this up themselves. In case of misuse, HW-scoreverwerking is not responsible for any consequences thereof.

Responsibility
HW-scoreverwerking is not responsible for errors that occur, both by the program and by incorrect actions by the user. The use of HW-scoreverwerking is entirely at your own risk and therefore no rights can be derived from it in the event of incorrect functioning or failure of a competition.

The user is also responsible for the platform on which the program operates, both software and hardware-wise.
