• Equipment Details — including model numbers, serial numbers, and capacity specifications

• Job Site Address — for recording the location of service and commissioning work

How We Use Your Information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the App's functionality

• To create and store commissioning and service records for the convenience of HVAC contractors

• Records may be used by contractors for audits and legal documentation purposes

Camera & Photos The camera may be used to capture and upload photos. Existing photos may also be used for documenting installations, service work, and commissioning. Photos of technician certificates, equipment rating plates, and instruments are used to verify proper commissioning and service procedures, as well as to auto-fill records using intelligent image recognition.

Data Storage & Security Your data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized users within your organization. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

Data Retention & Deletion Your data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

Children's Privacy The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
