Purpose and ease of use:

We have been working to provide a one of a kind easy to use app for this purpose. This app is designed to simplify, and guide technicians through the commissioning and service process creating/maintaining proper records. Automating Installation/Commissioning/Service Records customized according to fuel type and equipment type. With the ability to auto extract information from suggested photos and PDFs to automatically enter data into the correct fields with in the commissioning/service records, simplifying and speeding up the process. Print/PDF and complete file export are available for sharing and storing  records with easy access for audits. We work hard continuously to improve the performance and ability of the app for the satisfaction of our clients and TSSA. This app has been designed for use by HVAC contractors in Canada and USA. The PDF/print also contain thumbnails of the attached photos. Complete file export contain the generated PDFs as well as all the complete attached photos and and other attached PDFs.

How to Get started:

Save time and $$$ and effort by using this automated assistant. Click the link above and signup to start your free trial. After you are registered download the app via android or apple and sign in with your credentials. 15 day free trial up to 10 free reports. After free trial expires subscription is required to continue. $30 per month includes first user as a manager. Managers have full use of app + adding additional users $20 per month per user. Additional users can be assigned as supervisors or technicians. Technicians can be assigned to specific supervisors or remain unassigned. Managers can create their own reports and view reports and generate PDF/export files from users added under them. Supervisors same privileges from users assigned to them. Technicians can only create view their own reports. For authenticity reasons reports can only be edited by the original creator.
