How to Get started:

Save time and $$$ and effort by using this automated assistant. Click the link above and signup to start your free trial. After you are registered download the app via android or apple and sign in with your credentials. 15 day free trial up to 10 free reports. After free trial expires subscription is required to continue. $30 per month includes first user as a manager. Managers have full use of app + adding additional users $20 per month per user. Additional users can be assigned as supervisors or technicians. Technicians can be assigned to specific supervisors or remain unassigned. Managers can create their own reports and view reports and generate PDF/export files from users added under them. Supervisors same privileges from users assigned to them. Technicians can only create view their own reports. For authenticity reasons reports can only be edited by the original creator.

How to use:

Open app and enter customer location information. Select Job Type, Job Description. Form will generate as selections are made. Select Fuel Type and Equipment Type. If you have a system with dual fuel type enter these first, you can continue to add up to 7 pcs of additional equipment.  You can use the optional suggested photo fields. Rating plate photos are highly recommended and is programmed generate auto-fill Brand/Model#/ Serial# Input Output fields as well as automatic stage selection.  Taking suggested photos of manometers, refrigerant gauges, CO analyzers, thermometers also generate auto fill fields. Please verify all data extraction is correct as certain rating plates can be very complex and AI can also at times make errors, although we continue to work to making all things accurate. When all fields and checklists are done select equipment status. Note if you have Equipment for Rough in only please add this equipment last and scroll down to equipment status and select rough in only, this will close off the unnecessary items on the form and simplify the process. When all equipment is added and commissioned, select record new job. Note Jobs can be edited later if you wish to add PDF upload for appliances requiring Commissioning, field photos of Analyzers are also possible. 

To begin new record touch (Record First Job) or (+New)

Job Type: Selections: Installation, Retrofit, Service,  Service, or Emergency Service

Job Description: Startup Commissioning, Commissioning Check, Installation Only, Repair Service,                                                                                                                                                          Select installation only if you are completing installation only, and another technician will be performing the startup commissioning. Please note the forms are generated based on the selections made. If you are doing rough-in only please scroll down to equipment status and select Rough in only this will close off unnecessary fields. The fields and photo uploads are recommended fields. If there are any fields that are not applicable for your job you can leave them blank, but it is recommended to fill in N/A. There are optional photo uploads to be used at your discretion. It is recommended for equipment photos to take photos of the installation and at least one of the pressure test tag. It is highly recommended to take rating plate photos as proof of proper certification as well as this is designed to auto-fill Make/brand Model Serial and capacity fields as well as auto-set staging (variable Speed) currently to be set manually. This forms in this app is designed to be easily understood and used by licensed/Trained technicians. To access previous Jobs, recent Jobs will be accessible from your dashboard. To access all Jobs, touch History. You can search for a specific job. Touch the Job you wish to access. From here you can choose generate a printable PDF to download or export Complete Package to save on a computer. Note use a computer to generate/export complete package, these files may be too large for mobile phones.
