The HVAC businesses using this app are responsible for proper certification and training of their technicians and that all equipment installed is approved / certified for use in their juristiction.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HVAC Commissioning/Service application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Intended Use

The App is intended for use by HVAC contractors, technicians, supervisors, managers, and related business personnel.

2. Accounts and Access

2.1 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2.2 Company Accounts

• Organizations may maintain, divisions, or teams under a single enterprise account.

• Account Owners or Administrators are responsible for assigning roles, permissions, and access rights.

• Each company’s data remains logically separated within the platform.

• Users can be added for an additional fee

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• The App is offered on a subscription basis.

• Subscription fees, billing cycles, and plan features are disclosed at the time of purchase.

• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Permitted and Prohibited Use

Permitted Use

You may use the App to:

• Create commissioning and service documentation

• Maintain HVAC equipment records

• Capture and upload photos related to HVAC installations and service

• Share records internally within your organization

• Present records for audits

• Present records for legal protection

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the App’s security

• Access data belonging to another company without authorization

• Reproduce/Reverse engineer any part or function, or resell the App without written permission.

5. Availability and Modifications

• We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

• We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

• Upon termination, access to data may be limited or deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HVAC Commissioning/Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
