It is worth noting that the steps in between Drakuu and the Kuudra Gatekeeper can be done in any order, and the Plaque will upgrade no matter which NPC you choose. This page simply reflects the order that the items were found in.
It was discovered that you can drop a Kuudra Mandible from Kuudra loot chests once you have completed the Kuudra Mandible Hunt.
