Hypixel Admin Dueces brought attention to the fact that there was an item that the majority of the community did not know how to obtain, sparking interest.
5/14/2021
People began discussing the hunt in the SkyBlock server named Cowshed. Soon after, this forum post was made, detailing a lot of the things being tested. It was instrumental in keeping all of the information together and accessible.

Avid hunter arithemonkey created a bounty for the first person who found the Golden Ball. It can be viewed here.

Cowshed created the #golden-ball-info and #golden-ball-hunt channels to centralize information and discussion regarding this hunt.

They also collected all of the previous bits of information they were able to gather from Dueces and put it in this google doc.
