Note: The four NPCs in-between Drakuu and the Kuudra Gatekeeper can be completed in any order.

Drakuu

1. Speaking to Drakuu while wearing a full set of Kuudra Follower Armor rewards you with the following dialogue:
[NPC] Drakuu: You know adventurer, I can help you with something else.
[NPC] Drakuu: In order to do so, I need something special...
[NPC] Drakuu: Bring it to me and I will be ready to assist!
2. Speaking to Drakuu while wearing a full set of Kuudra Follower Armor with a Golden Ball in your inventory rewards you with the following dialogue:
[NPC] Drakuu: Adventurer!
[NPC] Drakuu: I see you have something in your inventory...
[NPC] Drakuu: I feel as though I've seen it before...
3. Speaking to Drakuu while wearing a full set of Kuudra Follower Armor and holding a Golden Ball rewards you with the following dialogue:
[NPC] Drakuu: Ah yes, I can see it clearer in your hand.
[NPC] Drakuu: I definitely seem to recognize this item!
[NPC] Drakuu: Do you mind if you give it to me so I can inspect it?
[NPC] Drakuu: Don't worry, I'll give you something in return of course!
4. A menu will open, allowing you to trade your Golden Ball for an Exquisite Kuudra Teeth Plaque.
5. Confirming the trade rewards you with the following dialogue:
[NPC] Drakuu: You should find this item I give you of value.
[NPC] Drakuu: It may seem uninteresting, but I'm sure you can find a way to use it for good.
Kuudra Archeologist

1. Speaking to the Kuudra Archeologist while holding a Legendary-Uncommon Kuudra Teeth Plaque rewards you with the following dialogue:
[NPC] Kuudra Archeologist: You seem to have something of interest there...
[NPC] Kuudra Archeologist: I could help you make it better... but it seems like you aren't smart enough!
2. Speaking to the Kuudra Archeologist while holding a Legendary-Uncommon Kuudra Teeth Plaque and at least 4,500✎ Intelligence rewards you with the following dialogue:
[NPC] Kuudra Archeologist: Ah yes the [Plaque Type]!
[NPC] Kuudra Archeologist: I'll go ahead and help break that down for you!
[NPC] Kuudra Archeologist: You know... this item can be very helpful to unlock something special!
3. Your Kuudra Teeth Plaque is then upgraded in tier and downgraded in rarity, allowing you to progress with the hunt.
Speaking to the Kuudra Archeologist after upgrading your Kuudra Teeth Plaque rewards you with the following dialogue:
[NPC] Kuudra Archeologist: It seems as though I've already helped you...
Arch

1. Speaking to Arch while holding a Legendary-Uncommon Kuudra Teeth Plaque rewards you with the following dialogue:
[NPC] Arch: I see you holding something there...
[NPC] Arch: And it seems as though you need some assistance.
[NPC] Arch: I would be able to provide it, but you came without the correct friend.
2. Speaking to Arch while holding a Legendary-Uncommon Kuudra Teeth Plaque with a [Lvl 100] Kuudra Pet equipped rewards you with the following dialogue:
[NPC] Arch: Ah yes! You are here with the right companion.
[NPC] Arch: Let me go ahead and help you break down that item.
[NPC] Arch: I wish you luck on your journey, adventurer!
3. Your Kuudra Teeth Plaque is then upgraded in tier and downgraded in rarity, allowing you to progress with the hunt.
Kuudra Believer

1. Speaking to the Kuudra Believer while holding a Legendary-Uncommon Kuudra Teeth Plaque rewards you with the following dialogue:
[NPC] Kuudra Believer: Hello adventurer!
[NPC] Kuudra Believer: You must believe in Kuudra's return!
[NPC] Kuudra Believer: I know this as you have that intriguing item!
[NPC] Kuudra Believer: You don't have to offer some coin...
[NPC] Kuudra Believer: Just tell me how to help you!
2. Inputting "decay" into the Kuudra Believer's sign prompt after speaking to them while holding a Legendary-Uncommon Kuudra Teeth Plaque rewards you with the following dialogue:
[NPC] Kuudra Believer: Oh so you want me to help you!
[NPC] Kuudra Believer: I can definitely do that for you adventurer!
[NPC] Kuudra Believer: There, go and hope for his return.
3. Your Kuudra Teeth Plaque is then upgraded in tier and downgraded in rarity, allowing you to progress with the hunt.
Kuudra Loremaster

1. Typing What just happened!? Is this Kuudra's real lair? in chat while standing near the Kuudra Loremaster and holding a Legendary-Uncommon Kuudra Teeth Plaque rewards you with the following dialogue:
[NPC] Kuudra Loremaster: I don't know, adventurer, is it his real lair???
[NPC] Kuudra Loremaster: Speaking of layers, I see you have [Plaque Type]!
[NPC] Kuudra Loremaster: You can definitely use that to take some layers off Kuudra's teeth!
[NPC] Kuudra Loremaster: There, I'll help you get it broken down!
2. Your Kuudra Teeth Plaque is then upgraded in tier and downgraded in rarity, allowing you to progress with the hunt.
Kuudra Gatekeeper

1. Opening the Kuudra Gatekeeper's menu while holding a Decaying Kuudra Teeth Plaque reveals a new option. Clicking on it rewards you with the following dialogue:
[NPC] Kuudra Gatekeeper: Hmmmmmmmmm
[NPC] Kuudra Gatekeeper: I could help you poison Kuudra's teeth...
[NPC] Kuudra Gatekeeper: However! How can I be sure you are a true follower of Kuudra?
[NPC] Kuudra Gatekeeper: You need to have something to prove it!
2. Opening the Kuudra Gatekeeper's menu while holding a Decaying Kuudra Teeth Plaque and clicking on the new option with a Kuudra Follower Artifact in your inventory rewards you with the following dialogue:
[NPC] Kuudra Gatekeeper: ADVENTURER!!!
[NPC] Kuudra Gatekeeper: I have successfully used your item to poison Kuudra's Teeth!
[NPC] Kuudra Gatekeeper: You, and others might be able to find something special now...
3. Your Kuudra Teeth Plaque is then upgraded to SPECIAL rarity and given an edition and obtain date. Your Kuudra Follower Artifact is also upgraded into a Kuudra Follower Relic.
Kuudra Mandible
1. If you've completed all of the previous steps, you now have a low chance to obtain the Kuudra Mandible from a chest in the Burning or higher tier of Kuudra.
