This page features general tips and strategies for different parts of the Kuudra Follower Hunt.
Since every player's specific stats are different, you will have to work out what mix of things you'll need to use.
Note: The 100 base ✎ Intelligence you start with isn't actually ✎ Intelligence, it's Mana, which does not count.
Don't go off of what your action bar says, check how much of the ✎ Intelligence stat you have in your SkyBlock Menu.
The Sighted Talisman Power grants a varying amount of ✎ Intelligence depending on how much Magical Power you have. Alternatively, the Bizarre Talisman Power grants more ✎ Intelligence per Magical Power, but is much more expensive.
Assigning your Tuning Points to ✎ Intelligence grants a varying amount of ✎ Intelligence depending on how much Magical Power you have.
Enriching your eligible Accessories with ✎ Intelligence gives a varying amount of ✎ Intelligence depending on how many eligible Accessories you have.
Wearing a full set of Bat Person Armor with the Necrotic Reforge during a Spooky Festival grants +1,800✎ Intelligence. When recombobulated, the full set grants +2,400✎ Intelligence.
Alternatively, wearing a full set of Storm's Armor with the Necrotic Reforge grants +1,750✎ Intelligence.
When recombobulated, the full set grants +1,950✎ Intelligence. Starring the armor grants more ✎ Intelligence as well. Storm's Armor has both Sapphire Gemstone Slots [✎] and Combat Gemstone Slots [⚔], and you can put Sapphire Gemstones in both of them for a varying amount of ✎ Intelligence depending on what tier of Gemstone you use.
Drinking a maxed-out Bottle of Jyrre grants a temporary +100✎ Intelligence.
Using a Level 100 Sheep, Black Cat, Guardian, Parrot, Skeleton Horse, Snail, or Spirit Pet with a Textbook Pet Item grants +200✎ Intelligence, while using a Phoenix or Endermite Pet with a Textbook Pet Item grants +300✎ Intelligence.
Drinking a God Potion grants a temporary +100✎ Intelligence due to the Jerry Candy effect. Alternatively, if you don't regularly have a God Potion active and want to save some money, you could just use a Jerry Candy, which grants the same temporary +100✎ Intelligence.
Selecting the ✎ Intelligence stat on a Beacon grants a varying amount of ✎ Intelligence depending on it's tier.
Consuming a Barry Century Cake and grants a temporary +5✎ Intelligence.
Drinking a Poison Potion with an activated Pocket Espresso Machine grants a temporary +100✎ Intelligence.
Note: As of writing this, the ability of the Pocket Espresso Machine is bugged and can be used even if you don't have Enderman Slayer 4.
The Wisdom Ultimate Enchantment gives +100✎ Intelligence per armor piece that it is on at max level with 100 experience levels.
You can hold an item that grants ✎ Intelligence while clicking on the bookshelf. The best of these items include:
Hyperion [LEGENDARY] +350✎ Intelligence [✎] [⚔] (Can be starred, also gives +2✎ Intelligence per Catacombs Level)
Atomsplit Katana [LEGENDARY] +300✎ Intelligence [✎] [✎]
Spirit Sceptre [LEGENDARY] +300✎ Intelligence [✎] (Can be starred)
⚚ Bonzo's Staff [RARE] +300✎ Intelligence [✎] [✎] (Can be starred and upgraded with Bonzo Fragments)
Fire Fury Staff [EPIC] +300✎ Intelligence [✎] (Can be starred)
Aurora Staff [LEGENDARY] +250✎ Intelligence [✎] [✎]
Pigman Sword [LEGENDARY] +300✎ Intelligence (Can be starred)
Take note of the Rarity of the item you use. The higher Rarity it is, the more ✎ Intelligence the Heroic Reforge will grant.
The Aurora Staff is the most recommended option, as it is the cheapest, grants a lot of ✎ Intelligence, has two Sapphire Gemstone Slots [✎], and is a high Rarity, so the Heroic Reforge grants a good amount of ✎ Intelligence.
Wearing a set of Equipment with the Mana Pool Attribute grants a varying amount of ✎ Intelligence depending on the Attribute's level. A cheap set to buy with this Attribute would probably be the Crimson Hunter Set (the Magma Necklace, the Ghast Cloak, the Blaze Belt, and the Glowstone Gauntlet).
Since every player's specific stats are different, you will have to work out what mix of things you'll need to use.
The bullet points marked ★ with are the most important and are essentially required for mining Netherrack.
★ A good place to mine Netherrack is by the Forgotten Skull. If you have the Travel Scroll, you can type /warp Kuudra, turn around, and go straight. Without the Travel Scroll, you can just go to (-353, 109, -897).
★ Using a Level 100 Snail Pet (Epic and Legendary both work, but if yours isn't max level it's recommended that you use Epic as it's cheaper and takes less XP to level up) is practically required to get to 1,000,000 Netherrack Collection. Since it converts ✦ Speed into ⸕ Mining Fortune for non-ores, listed below are ways to get ✦ Speed. The Snail Pet caps out at +400⸕ Mining Fortune. The Snail Pet itself (at level 100) grants +20✦ Speed (+10⸕ Mining Fortune).
★ Wearing Mineral Armor is the part of the optimal way to mine Netherrack, as it mines multiple blocks at once. A Mineral Helmet, Chestplate, and Leggings with the Light Reforge grants +52✦ Speed (+25.5⸕ Mining Fortune).
★ Rancher Boots will grant a varying amount of ✦ Speed depending on the level of your Farming Skill. With the Light Reforge, they grant a minimum of +54✦ Speed (+27⸕ Mining Fortune), and with the Sugar Rush Enchantment they grant a minimum of +57✦ Speed (+28.5⸕ Mining Fortune).
Alternatively, wearing a Racing Helmet grants +400✦ Speed (+200⸕ Mining Fortune). If you can afford this and are having trouble getting to 400⸕ Mining Fortune, it's recommended to replace the non-Mineral Armor piece (Rancher Boots) with this and wear Mineral Boots with the Light Reforge.
★ Following the release of the Thunder Revolution Update, the Compact enchantment now works on Netherrack and can speed up the mining process greatly. The higher level, the better.
The Sweet Talisman Power grants a varying amount of ✦ Speed depending on how much Magical Power you have.
Assigning your Tuning Points to ✦ Speed grants a varying amount of ✦ Speed depending on how much Magical Power you have.
Enriching your eligible Accessories with ✦ Speed gives a varying amount of ✦ Speed depending on how many eligible Accessories you have.
Putting a Spooky Cupcake Pet Item on the Snail Pet grants +20✦ Speed (+10⸕ Mining Fortune).
Using a Pioneer Pickaxe with the Prospector's or Unyielding Reforge grants +9✦ Speed (+4.5⸕ Mining Fortune).
Drinking a God Potion grants a temporary +120✦ Speed (+60⸕ Mining Fortune).
Having all of the Accessories that grant ✦ Speed (The Potato Talisman, Wolf Paw, Pig's Foot, Frozen Chicken, Cheetah Talisman, Bat Artifact, as well as the Speed Talisman, Ring, and Artifact since they stack) grants +20✦ Speed (+10⸕ Mining Fortune).
Consuming a Potato-Style Century Cake and grants a temporary +10✦ Speed (+5⸕ Mining Fortune).
The Rogue Sword's ability grants a temporary +100✦ Speed (+50⸕ Mining Fortune). It's recommended not to activate the ability too often, and rather to activate it only after the previous speed boost has run out.
Wearing a set of Equipment with the ✦ Speed Attribute grants a varying amount of ✦ Speed depending on the Attribute's level. A cheap set to buy with this Attribute would probably be the Crimson Hunter Set (the Magma Necklace, the Ghast Cloak, the Blaze Belt, and the Glowstone Gauntlet).
