NOTE:  Hours and prices for our School-Age program are subject to change based on the starting and ending times set by Franklin City Schools.  Final tuition rates for our Fall School-Age program will be set in August.

*Multiple Child Discount: Children who attend full-time are eligible for a 20% discount off the lesser tuition. 

• SafeCare does not accept county subsidized payments through Ohio Child Care Assistance programs.

• SafeCare does not accept cash or check payments.  Tuition payments can be made online through MyProcare.com using a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover account.  Payments can also be made using the Procare Connect app.

• Parents may enroll in our automatic payment program using a credit card or bank account.

• Fall Registration Fees and Summer Activity Fees are non-refundable should the child not attend.

• Fees are to be paid in advance on Mondays and should be paid monthly or weekly, depending on the program in which the child is enrolled.

• Fees are collected for the full week/month even if the child does not attend everyday or if there is a holiday during the week.   

• Tuition charges will continue to be charged during school breaks, even if the child does not attend during that time.

• Tuition charges are rounded to the nearest dollar when necessary.
