Salvia hybrid COOL Periwinkle is part of the COOL collection, a plant breeding program by Flowers by the Sea nursery. We purchased this plant prior to the permanent closure of Flowers by the Sea, and we have overwintered the plant in a pot inside during the winter. There are no other plant nurseries that sell this plant. What a shame, because it is a striking plant and as can be seen above, is used by hummingbirds.
