A generous donation was made by the family of Ms. Janice Kruse to support our community outreach work. Ms. Kruse loved hummingbirds and nature and visited our garden in September 2018. She sadly passed away on January 6, 2019. We are so very grateful to Ms. Kruse and her family for this memorial donation!

Our thanks to everyone who attended the 2018 Garden tours. A special thanks to Mickey O'Connor and her banding crew for banding hummingbirds in our yard, and thanks to Larry and Emily Scheuneman for presenting their outstanding photos of hummingbirds in their yard. Also, a thank you to Bob Ross at Wild Birds Unlimited for donating items for the door prize drawings.
